• I will be able to let you know whether the items are in stock, and give you a price for postage and packing. I will also be able to take your contact details and the address to which you would like your order sent.
   
• If items are not in stock, I can make them to order, which usually takes no longer than 3 weeks.
   
  The Pottery at Danestream Farm is authorised to accept all major credit and debit cards over the telephone.

• When your order is ready, I will contact you asking you to telephone me, at your convenience, with your credit or debit card details.  Your order can then be dispatched.
• 
  If you would like to pay by cheque, that's fine too.  Please make cheques payable to Val Sparkes.
  
  
• Please note that a 50% deposit will be required for commissions or personalised orders.

• Where possible I aim to use recycled packaging materials.
