Making a Sheep

Once the clay has dried, the sheep are decorated with colouring oxides to highlight
the textured areas and blacken the head and legs, then they are fired.

After the first firing, more oxides are applied and the sheep are fired again to a
higher temperature, darkening the colour and leaving a matt finish.
